Delivery Monitor
Email deliverability is one of the hottest issues that legitimate marketers face today. Analyst firm Jupiter Research recently forecast "the cost of blocked emails (i.e., sent but not delivered) will balloon from $230 million in 2003 to $419 million in 2008."
Can your business afford this kind of loss? Delivery Monitor is a powerful tool for gaining valuable, real-time information about your campaigns—are they being delivered at all and, if so, are they making it to recipients' inboxes. Use Delivery Monitor to determine if your mail is automatically routed to "spam" or "bulk" folders at more than 50 different ISP's and email providers, then take corrective steps to delivery more mail to the one place it will be read—the inbox.

How It Works
The Delivery Monitor component of EmailAdvisor uses "audit addresses" to provide detailed, real-time deliverability information. An audit address is an email address that Lyris owns and provides to you for reporting purposes. When you conduct an EmailAdvisor audit, your messages—both test and live—also go to the audit addresses. Our Delivery Monitor system checks the accounts of all audit addresses on a regular basis; when your mail is received at the audit addresses, Delivery Monitor reports back all of the resulting delivery information. This process not only advises you if your mail was blocked, delivered to the inbox, or automatically routed to a "spam" folder, but also indicates if deliverability to a particular ISP changes during the course of a campaign.
Delivery Monitor checks 20+ U.S. ISPs and 20+ European ISPs such as Earthlink, AOL, Yahoo!, Hotmail, and many more! Key Benefits
- Provides real-time feedback about email deliverability to more than 30 different ISP's and email providers.
- Reports deliverability issues based on what end users actually see in their mailboxes—not by POPing mail accounts, an easier but less accurate measuring method.
- Highlights delivery issues—blocked or spam filtered mail—with an easy-to-read Web interface.
- Indicates if deliverability problems arise during a campaign, so you can pause the mailing until the issues are resolved.
